This project located on the ZAC des Girondins in Lyon (France) is constituted of three buildings.
Two of them shape a front stage along the Balançoires Street.

Other sides turn to the block heart and make the most of generous views. The continuous balconies incorporate sun-breaker parts, which offset a game which enables to preserve user’s privacy while providing a protection against the summer sun.
